This tensioner bracket bolts onto any gen3 or gen4 truck water pump, and allows the use of the popular Cummins 6BT style belt tensioner, commonly sold under the Gates 38518 part number (sold separately). There are 12 clock-able indexing holes for tensioner body clocking, as well as 3 positions of the bracket itself, for clearance as well as belt length compensation. Kit comes with bracket, 2 billet spacers, and hardware to bolt the tensioner to the bracket. The stock tensioner hardware holds the bracket to the water pump. We do also offer a tensioner idler pulley body with shoulders on the sides that can replace the steel non-shouldered pulley for additional. This pulley comes with a guide spacer that will set the correct depth of the bearing once its pressed out of the steel pulley. You must press out the existing bearing and press it into the new billet idler pulley body. PLEASE NOTE, THE OFFSET OF THIS TENSIONER IS FOR FACTORY LSA OFFSET. IF YOU ARE RUNNING AN INNOVATOR WEST OR ATI TRUCK OFFSET (2 RIB FORWARD DESIGN) YOU NEED TO SPECIFY IN THE NOTES, SO WE CAN ADD THE SUPPLIED SHIM TO YOUR ORDER!!!!!

Brackets and spacers will come in standard black and clear anodize, but custom colors are available, just select that option in the drop down menu and add a note at checkout. Most orders will come with the idler pulley (if selected) in BLACK only, unless otherwise specified at checkout.
