We are proud to start offering our in house built 8 and 10 rib power steering pulleys for the Saginaw type power steering pumps used on 1987 through 2014+ GM applications. The 98-02 Fbody (Firebird/Camaro) and the 2004 LS1 GTO uses the same pulley as well.
Our pulley hub is made of 304 stainless instead of plated steel or the no hub design used by other suppliers. Pulleys are available in black anodize as a standard to keep belt wear on the surface at a minimum, but we do keep a small stock of bare on hand as well. Kit includes pulley hub, 6 grade 12.9 bolts, pulley shell, and install instructions.
The pulley hub also has the provision for a puller for pump replacement, but is hidden once the pulley shell is installed.
The overall diameter and rib diameter are the same as an OEM pulley. Larger and smaller ones can be made as a custom item, please contact us to purchase this option. The rib section normally is 6.60" and the overall diameter is 6.75".
These are stocked in 8 rib, the 10 rib variant is made to order and can have a few weeks lead time.
